人類炎癥因子抗體芯片 (QAH-INF-1、QAH-INF-2、QAH-INF-3) 人類炎癥細胞因子抗體芯片(QAH-INF),適用樣本數(shù)量較少,篩選炎癥相關(guān)細胞因子種類較多的研究類型。該芯片在化學(xué)修飾的固相片基上共價結(jié)合高度特異的細胞因子捕獲抗體,通過高親和的配對二抗進行信號放大,以實現(xiàn)對微量細胞因子的有效檢測。進一步,利用梯度稀釋的標準品檢測信號構(gòu)建標準曲線,通過標準曲線擬合的方式,實現(xiàn)目標樣本中多重細胞因子的準確定量檢測。 抗體芯片特點: 1.每種抗體設(shè)置4次技術(shù)重復(fù); 2.可根據(jù)研究要求定制個性化芯片; 3.雙抗夾心&熒光檢測法有效檢測微量指標,下限達pg/mL; 4,50 μL的液質(zhì)樣本、200μg的總蛋白量即可完成多指標檢測; 5,適用于血清/漿、培養(yǎng)上清及細胞、組織裂解液等多種生物樣本; 6.可以有效避免采用傳統(tǒng)方法所引入的批次間實驗誤差; 7.可最大限度擴大單個樣本的信息量并可做不同分析物間的交互分析。
